Firstly, congratulations on an excellent submission, very professional and business like. I have to say, many aspects of it are unique to me (never heard of it before) and I'm not entirely sure that it is possible to do this at present, but for sure it is a BIG IDEA
Ref your other question, I doubt very much that a site
just offering "games, music, video, books and even software downloads for cheap" will be a winner in this competition. We are looking for something at least a bit unique and different.
Now of course the site could be about games etc, but to WIN, it would need to have a different or somewhat unique way of separating itself from all the other GAME sites out there.
So an idea that takes something EXISTING and puts a different spin or angle on it will be very welcome.
