Looking for a Developer

As some of you may / may not know. I'm a Web Designer, and I'm looking for a developer to work with me on a few projects in the future.

I can develop sites, but i'd rather not. I get bored easily developing. XHTML & CSS I can just about cope with. :)

Anyway yeah, I'm looking for a developer who's good. (putting it simply). Preferably someone from the younger demographic like myself. You must be sufficient in PHP or Ruby on Rails. Whichever you're more comfortable with. (I'd prefer it to be PHP though..) .net is also welcome.

Skill Requirements:
Must be able to build eCommerce sites, CMS's, Blogs, etc.

What needs doing and what do you gain?
Well, once exams are over I'll be out in the wild getting clients. So hopefully I'll have a few clients to deal with over the summer period. But for now, I'd like someone who will work on a non-profit ecommerce site. (to begin with) This means you'll receive no commission for building the site. But instead, you'll get commission on sales, if the partnership is solid, the commission will remain until the partnership ends.

But in the future you will receive a chunk of project costs ;) and I'm not one for under charging. :)

Location: Not too bothered as long as I can contact you easily.
