Default Parking Spaces

My current host offers space for parked domains, which seems ideal for a domain developers, but might be a bit off the beaten path if statistics are used in evaluating a domain for sales purposes.

Given the choice, is it better to park a domain on an established site, specifically created for parking domains, or is parking a domain on one's own host just as effective?

Usually you make more money from parking on a established parking site, such as Sedo, Parking.com, Bodis or Name Drive.

These all have their pros and cons so be careful to choose which is best for you.

What is parking a domain? Is this the same as hosting a domain? I am looking into getting a domain and what other charges are associated with a simple professional site.

Always go for revenue share if you want to park your domains. Of course it's always better to develop them into sites if you can.
