I don't think there would be any person in this world how has never lied. For me lie is fine upto certain extent but if it is going to harm some one, then for me its NO NO.

Lying in business is unethical, and being dishonest says something about your business. Handling customers is also one of the most crucial things in a business which is why you should always make it a point to be open with your clients.

Well, I do lie in business but not to the extent of harming others. Its a part of business. But it should not extend to the extreme.
