Hi guys,

I wonder if this type of thing is possible:

I have a blog project and I need a graphic designer to help me with it. I need a WP Theme and a Logo. I am willing to pay but the problem is I don't have money NOW to pay. So would it be possible to find a designer who would become a partner and be willing to wait until blog starts to earn money and then he would get paid. And he'd get more opportunities later.

Anyone done something similar? Or is it impossible?

There is a low chance that you will find someone that will agree to such terms. Everyone wants to be paid up front nowadays.
