Companies survive by branding. Branding becomes stale and you have to infuse life into it. Motorola in the 50's thru earlier 70"s went from TV's to radio communication and now is a leader in the cell phone industry. They took the right risks at the right time all the while adjusting their brand.

That's why I can't be a corporate exec...I'm not so good with taking risks. I stick to the safer stuff.
