I save all the interesting article that I find to delicious, and I noticed that many of the recently posted items,
have already been saved by members and it appears as though the article may have been in circulation a long time. How do they keep there content listed as current? <_< ....S

That's a very good question and I have no idea..must take a lot of work.

Everytime someone bookmarks it it becomes current. that's how it works.

Sometimes I bookmark on occasion. It just depends on what I find.

Yep same here. I am more fussy about what I bookmark these days, or maybe just more discriminating. but bookmarking is a big help to me.
