as for as my knowledge is concerned you cannot make money by just having optin lists unless you promote something by using that list and earn commision or sales revenue through it.

if there are ways to earn money directly via optin lists then please let me know asap

herculist has been around for years..there is there free safelist members and those who pay..The free ones only get to email once a week and the paying ones every other day or everyday.
