How to start

Hello.

I need to start a healthy website, probably including a business but i am not sure of the website content as of yet. But the problem i will find is that i have no funds and being only 14, i am not allowed/don't want to borrow.
Also is there any online banking, like paypal and e-gold that would be good for me to use taking my age into account.

Find somebody who can help you in terms of their age, I know when I first started on the web I was only 13/14 so I wasn't old enough either, so at first, I asked my family if they could help me; since then, I've had, and become a part of, several different sites (mainly Virtual 5 Network and BlueIrn these days) and gained a lot of experience through it all.
