Well, I am thinking about starting a web design company.
I was wondering, is it worth to get a team in the beginning, or shall I just design on my own?

What is the "normal" price for a requested template bought by a company?

The designs end selling price would vary depending on the detail and level of work put into said template.

I would strongly suggest some sort of deposit from a company you'll be designing for, to ensure that even if they don't go for your end design, your services are still covered by the deposit.

Starting out by yourself is good, sometimes getting a team works better, it all depends on how interested you/your team are, and who you intend to target your services at...

I recommend starting off on your own, and have a few samples out there. and once you have a solid client base hire more people to help you out. I own my own design company and that's how i started off.

Also, there's no set price on a template. Each template should be tailored to the clients needs. I hope this helps
