World Events Can Effect Your Business

Twitter proved last week that what is happening in the world can really effect whats happening in your business, see the increase in traffic when Obama was sworn in.

I was expecting something like this to happen, though possibly not as strongly as it happened there.

Trends like this are pretty interesting, I suppose if you spend enough time looking at things like this that relate to your niche you could find a way to benefit from it...I think I'll go do some research!

Yep, it is indeed! Amazing how these sort of trends in the news effect search results and business in general. We really need to start taking advantage of it!!

Interesting graph. Never seen that before.

If you see something like that happening it might be a good idea to try to discuss whatever world event is causing the spike in your blog - if appropriate.
