Hi! :)

I just registered and after clicking the account activation link in the email, it brought me to a page with a big red text saying "You must be a member to do this".

I know this is a IPB issue, so i continue. Other newbie people might be turned off by this. It might help your conversion if this is fixed.

Sometimes you have to go back and log in, even after you register. If you already did that, then I don't know...

You must also be aware that sometimes a second/older version of the site sometimes pops up instead of this one. Be aware of that as the old one means your account wouldn't be in the database meaning you wouldn't be able to login...

Having an old version appear instead of a new one sounds odd. Why would that happen?
