Would that be easy to do?

Is that what the site will focus on (besides tutorials?)

I've looked into it, but I honestly don't know how to do such a thing.
I don't know how to implement PHP into the IPB board itself, other than editing files by hand, which isn't quite that simple...
I'll have to study the software and see if there is a built-in way of displaying things such as a user id (basically all I would need for alot of things).
