Default Writing Articles

I love to write so the process isn't nearly as daunting for me as it might be for others, but quite a few people write articles to promote their products or websites.

The only problem with this approach is, if you aren't writing on your own blog, your article can get buried among tons of others on free article submission sites. Your ROI, and my "I" is always based on time spent, is extremely low.

I always suggest looking for sites like Associated Content and others, with a nominal, up front payment when your article is accepted. Write an article associated with a problem your product solves or a need / desire it fulfills. This way, you at least get a little something for the article itself. Just be sure to place your website or affiliate site as one of the sources for your information.

Has anyone else used one of these article sites? What were your results?

Cool

I had tried writing articles for associate content however it is hard to make our article to get accepted. They are looking for high quality articles and it is only for talented and skilled writers.

AC is for writing Lot's of articles that's the only way to make money with it. You can't concentrate on if it's good you just have to submit as many as possible.. You should try to spin your articles to get more for your money...

I have some on associated content and one pending in EzineArticles.com They do work for those who are interested to read articles in your topics. Just make sure you have an author bio and that your article is rich in keywords. When I say "work" I mean people coming to my blog from clicking on that article link.

It's easy to write articles but more difficult to "stand out". I am on that learning journey myself. And I try to use videos for my blog to put points across (I've done so for some "site reviews" made out of fun and experimentation) although I am extremely shy.
